RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE ARTIST
The Artist has the right to refuse any commissions, for any reason, be it complexity, offensive themes or the customer's conduct.
The artist still retains the copyright, commercial and use rights of the commission, being able to publicize the work on their social networks, produce timelapses in their base and present in portfolios, artbooks.
If it is necessary to cancel a commission, the Artist must refund the Client according to the work not yet carried out.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND DUTIES
Clients are allowed to post commissioned artwork on their own networks, however credit and a link to the Artist are required.
Editing is allowed, but the customer is not allowed to claim it as their own, or remove the artist's signature.
The characters shown in the artwork belong to their respective creators.
The client does NOT have commercial rights to the artwork, meaning that he cannot sell it’s prints, or make any kind of profit from it.
Art is NOT allowed to be used for NFT or to train an AI.
Customer can make personal use of their art.
The customer must maintain a professional conduct during the commercial process.
If the customer wants to cancel a commission, he has the right to ask for a refund, proportional to the work not yet carried out.
PROCESS
The customer will complete the "comissões artísticas, alarucha" form, where they will inform the image size, the nature of the commission, providing descriptions, details and references.
The lack of these last items may imply a failure in the interpretation of the client's wishes, which is not the responsibility of the artist.
After completing the form and sending it, the artist must respond by email confirming whether they will accept the commission and clarifying the final price, and other doubts that may have arisen by both parties.
The artwork process will only start after half of the payment has been made.
During the process, prints of the art situation will be sent in low quality files with watermark, during the draft, line-art, color, and rendering phase.
In the draft, major revisions will be allowed with fee exemption, in the following phases minor revisions will also be exempt, however if changes were large or involve previous phases, fees will be charged proportional to the work required to implement them. It is up to the artist to decide what is considered a major revision and a minor revision.
Revisions due to Artist errors will be exempt.
The final art file will only be sent after the other half of the payment.
PAYMENT
Payment by Real will be made via Pix.
Payment via Dollar will be made via Paypal Email
After approval of the Final Artwork, refund requests will be refused.
If the Client wishes to cancel the order after the work has started, the Artist must refund the Client according to the work not yet carried out.

DELIVERY METHOD
The entire communication process and file delivery will be via email, or through a shared folder on the drive, depending on the Customer's preference.
The file will be a 300 DPI PNG of the final order.
